Catasauqua OKs plan to revitalize
Catasauqua Borough Council has approved a plan to revitalize the downtown. The plan recommends making extensive aesthetic improvements, creating a civic plaza and changing a major street from one-way to two-way. Emmaus cements second sidewalk ordinance
